VoIP depends on internet connectivity and may not function during outages. Clients should maintain backup communication channels.

– Password Resets: We may send reset instructions via SMS.
– Urgent Technical Communications: We may contact you by SMS regarding urgent IT issues.
– Confidentiality: Your phone number will be stored securely and never shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

SMS Communications Program (10DLC Compliance)
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from ISTN.
– Program Name: ISTN Messaging
– Program Description: Used for IT support updates, password resets, service alerts, urgent technical communications, and ticket updates.
– Message Frequency: Varies based on service needs.
– Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel.
– Disclosure: Message and data rates may apply.
– How to Opt-In:
• Providing your number in ISTN’s client portal or service forms (with SMS disclosure).
• Agreeing during onboarding calls (documented by ISTN).
• Signing a service agreement that includes SMS consent.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for outages, lost data, or third-party failures. Liability is limited to fees paid in the past six (6) months.
No Warranties
Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind.
Compliance & Regulatory Limitations
We align with industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA, FCC) but final compliance responsibility rests with the client.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify ISTN from claims, damages, or losses related to use of services.
